Soy cubana migrante, viviendo hace seis años en la hermosa ciudad de La Paz, Baja California Sur, México. Sin embargo, en este pedacito mexicano no existe algún rinconcito en donde se pueda recordar y disfrutar la comida criolla cubana. La idea de poder llevar a esta ciudad la sazón y el sabor de la comida cubana, con los mismos ingredientes saludables y naturales que se encuentran en Cuba, resulta ser muy prometedora y excitante. Poder hacer platos típicos cubanos, haría que cada paceño, cada visitante a la Paz, conocedor o no de la cocina cubana, y claro que cada cubano que se encuentre aquí, puedan disfrutar y sentir el deleite del sabor que experimenta cada cubano dentro de la isla bella.

I am a Cuban migrant, living for six years in the beautiful city of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. However, in this little piece of Mexico there is no corner where you can remember and enjoy Cuban Creole food. The idea of being able to bring the seasoning and flavor of Cuban food to this city, with the same healthy and natural ingredients found in Cuba, turns out to be very promising and exciting. Being able to make typical Cuban dishes would allow every La Paz resident, every visitor to La Paz, whether or not they know Cuban cuisine, and of course every Cuban who is here, to be able to enjoy and feel the delight of the flavor that every Cuban experiences within the beautiful island
